This policy explains what we collect when you use sutighar.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only, not information you give us in person or over the phone.

What we collect
We only ask for what an order needs. When you place one, that is your name, phone number, delivery address, and — if you choose to give it — your email. If you pay by bKash or Nagad you also give us a transaction ID. If you message us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Our host also keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser, and the pages visited. These are used to keep the site running and to understand which products people look at. We do not try to tie them back to you.
Why we use it
- To confirm, pack, and deliver your order
- To reach you about that order, usually on WhatsApp
- To handle returns and exchanges
- To keep the site working and decide what to stock next
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to get your order to you: our courier partner (name, phone, address) and the mobile payment provider you chose. We do not run advertising networks on this site.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits, and to keep you signed in. Clearing your browser data clears them, which will also empty your saved cart. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart will stop working.
Your choices
Message us and we will:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your details, once any open order is complete and we have kept what the law requires
We aim to reply within a few days, and within one month at the latest.
Children
Sutighar is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, message us and we will remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
